My name is Melissa, an Italy-born creative professional currently based in Kilkenny, Ireland, with over 8 years of freelance experience in the creative industry.

My passion for storytelling began early, inspired by Japanese comics, and has evolved into a strong foundation in art and animation. Through formal training and hands-on work, I’ve developed a versatile approach to visual storytelling across multiple media and entertainment formats.

Recently, I joined a promising project, The Wards of Oribis, currently in development and seeking funding to support the production of an animated series. In this role, I have led the end-to-end development of the project, establishing an efficient production pipeline, coordinating workflows, and building a team of artists carefully selected to match the project’s creative vision. My contribution focuses on aligning artistic direction with production efficiency, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability as the project moves toward funding and production.
